No guidance for all those young Texans and those college students from out of state. No rules to follow. Nothing. The result? Two weeks after that 3 day weekend, the number of Texans with Covid-19 began going up and it has never stopped going up. Even today, Abbott dithers. He squirms. He worries. Abbott does nothing.
