As we start to "re-open"

Rand is an eye doctor and is not even certified. He’s also claiming that infections went up after mask mandates (he’s not wrong, but the masks weren’t the problem).

Cases still relatively moderate in NoCal but increasing. New cases per 100k residents have doubled in many Bay Area counties of the last couple of weeks. San Francisco is closing all indoor dining again. (I had kind of thought it was crazy to open that up, but I totally understand we want to keep these businesses afloat.) It's interesting, but the city has taken over tons of parallel parking spots and converted them into outdoor dining patios near restaurants. Still not sure how we're going to use those all winter, but it's something.

 

Do we have to wait for January for something to be done?

It’s vaccine or bust at this point. People just don’t care about covid anymore.

 

There aren't enough people who will take the vaccine so it's bust.

 

Pretty much this. Only high risk are worried about it.
