Many of those states that opened up too early are now facing a tougher decision to close again... As Georgia's COVID cases grow, Kemp faces decision on new restrictions https://www.ajc.com/blog/politics/g...sion-new-restrictions/7KHsf9u9gQen7eI2gf5gEK/
I mean yeah... Who really knows. But I've been to various parts of Japan. And I am not surprised. Those people just... GET IT. It IS cultural. They're clean, courteous and know how to live together, despite not necessarily liking each other. They use (nearly subliminal) social queues and social pressure to steer the collective masses towards goals that benefit the greater good.
what happened to @bigtexxx He was trolling so hard last week, now he's MIA. He was proven wrong time and time again and has now run away scared. If you paid attention to the last 4 months or so on the D&D, you would have indisputable proof that @bigtexxx is a moron of the highest order. He is no match for the intellectually superior posters on here. Rice University should be ashamed that they let him graduate.
It would be easy to point to karma, but how would you like being among this group of yahoos that stubbornly refused to wear masks?
@bigtexxx MD should have plenty of time to educate us about the situation...according to him, the virus is under control, deaths are plummeting, and ICU’s aren’t close to being at capacity, so he shouldn’t be too busy at his virtual hospital these days he started medical school in March, and became an expert in the field in only a few months...Rice should be proud Who else do u know has completed medical school, residency, and a fellowship online in only a matter of months?
Lol at this point you have to start to question anyone that responds to him. Hard not to ..its always such low hanging fruit. Some people just love being humiliated. Lets move on
LOL at this. I was proven wrong? How so? We knew cases would increase with relaxing of the lockdown, and they have. We knew they'd increase with more testing, as well, and they have. Texas' deaths are still at a very low level. Remember NY, a state with 10 million fewer people than Texas, was clocking 1,000 deaths per day for a week. We're far lower than that. (nice job Cuomo!) A lot of noise linked to cases coming up from Mexico - could be driving a lot of the Texas/Arizona/California increases. Wear your mask, socially distance and protect the vulnerable. It's a winning formula!
new alert for Fort Bend County where I stay Fort Bend County has moved into the red category which signifies High Community Risk for COVID19 Transmission, meaning outbreaks are present and worsening and that testing and contact tracing capacity is strained or exceeded. At this level, residents need to take action to minimize contacts with others wherever possible and avoid leaving home except for the most essential needs like going to the grocery store for food and medicine. While daily activities are quickly scaling back up to status quo levels, we are entering an entirely different environment that places novel responsibilities upon each of us. Positive cases in our County and Region are increasing at alarming rates. Our hospital systems are preparing for additional capacity as the Texas Medical Center in Houston enact their surge plans. Regional demand on COVID-19 testing has grown exponentially due to uncontrolled community spread of this virus. Please find attached a document designed to offer guidance to our communities as we navigate the new reality of life during the COVID-19 pandemic. Such personal accountability remains one of our most effective tools in the ongoing siege against the novel coronavirus. At this time, we are in the red “high risk” category. This is the highest possible level of risk. Local medical professionals compiled the enclosed guidance in pursuit of their lone goal of containment of COVID-19 in Fort Bend County. Please read the recommendations not as infringement upon personal liberty, but as acts of solidarity that will protect the livelihoods of your loved ones, neighbors, and the local health professionals who endeavor each day to care for us. By adhering to these suggestions, we can solidify the progress we have made thus far and hasten our return to the life that we love – one of safety, wellbeing, community, and camaraderie. Sincerely, KP George Fort Bend County Judge
You change your stories as much as Trump. Maybe you should quit focusing on NYC and wake up and smell the coffee as far as how NOTHING was learned from that situation. Now we have hot spots all over the country. Again, your opinions have always been as pointless as your incompetent hero. Your past posts once again are laughable. Dumb things bigtexxx said: 5/24 Great news coming out of Georgia. The first state to re-open, and now the Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper is reporting the state's 7 day average of new daily cases has fallen for three weeks in a row, and hospitalizations are down significantly, as well. Why are you still clinging to this? 6/21 More fear mongering. Yawn. Hospitals in the US haven't been overwhelmed - the warnings from March/April never came to pass, not even close.
