Ramona Shelbourne calling Chicago the better team over Houston is just her bitter that Dwight Howard left LA and she has to report on the sorry state of affairs of the Lakers.

I would be so hyped if we could get Lowry back!

I would put this off-season in the win column if we landed Lowry. (without losing anything else, besides Jeremy Lin)

When are Ramona Shelbourne's 15 minutes going to be up? Not only is she a clueless misinformed hack, but she also looks like a toad.

Exactly, here is the thing... we want Carmelo Anthony but the Bulls need Carmelo Anthony. So how does that constitutes Chicago as a better basketball team currently than Houston? We add a Ilyasova/Frye/Anderson type player with upgrades to our bench we are talking about a 60 win team without adding a top tier guy. Bringing back our same squad from last year would net us at least a 56 win team next year. Chicago even with the addition Anthony might not even win 55 games. The Bulls and the Eastern Conference needs Melo to go the Bulls to create another good team in the East. Even if Durant were to go to the East we would still be 10 teams deep in the West as oppose to 5 teams deep in the East. BSPN at its finest!

Taj Gibson is going to be at the Chicago meeting, so he's staying. I believe that means Houston can offer more money disregarding a S&T.

How would they pull off a S&T without Gibson?

Boozer, who they don't want to amnesty and I'm not sure they will. So they're going to be giving up picks/Mirotic to dump his $16 million if Carmelo wants to go there.

Even with the Boozer Amnesty the Bulls wouldn't have enough to offer Melo unless he is willing to take a significant paycut to play for the Bulls -- OR the Bulls someone manage to get the Knicks to agree to a sign and trade. I dont think Phil Jackson wants to help Reinsdorf in anyway possible unless he gets a significant return back on Melo

    "Griz beat writer" 6/30
"Griz swingman Mike Miller tells CA he's meeting with agent tomorrow in Los Angeles and then 4-5 teams. Griz can prevent trip w/ right deal"

It's going to be a lot of SOLID.... 2nd TEIR FA, MLE, MLE, vet min players gone by making verbal agreements soon. while we wait for maybe 2nd week of July for melo's decision & may not even get a sit down with lebron. Hopefully we don't end up with the casspi, gracias, brooks again of the bunch

expect to hear that teams are meeting with parsons and Daniels tomorrow also, getting in their heads.

I'm sure morey has a plan and will meet with everyone but he won't offer anything until MELO has made up his mind, MILLSAPP could've been ours last yr for cheap & still signed HOWARD, after trading ASIK for a 1st... but we were waiting on Howard to make his decision "as an example"

Well, I guess Dwight and Harden recruiting after all.

Chicago's putting up Noah and Gibson.

Yes. If we cross over to July 1 without a deal for Love then Dwight and James and .... and .... and.... Parson will be part of the recruiting pitch.
