Dude, no country on EARTH has ever done what we just did. NEVER. This is a WORLD history. People will be talking about this long after you are dead.

    Do you understand that?

Now that America has once again shown what a real democracy is all about, it gives HOPE to other nations as well. It shows they can do it too.

The American Dream is an ideoligic concept that the whole world envies. We get stuff done in this country that is NOT POSSIBLE anywhere else ...or at least they look to us for inspiration.

That is a HUGE responsibility to be a leader. You don't just start crapping all over people because you are American. No, you take that responsibility with some humility and treat people with respect.

    Quite being an a$$.

Just be happy that everybody is happy for us. We just accomplished a feat that is unrivaled in world history. You obviously are missing the significance of this election accross the world ...not just America.

You and others sound like it is outside the realm of possibility for other countries to question our authority. It seems disrespectful and arrogant which is exactly how people from other countries have us pegged, for good reason. I just don't understand the hypersensitivity.

With most foreign relations issues you can only make people happy at the expense of other people being unhappy.

What is the point of telling other people to "phech off?"

    What's the point?

America has just demonstrated the POWER of Democracy. There are politicians all over the world crapping in their pants today. Citizens all over the world are inspired in the concept of Democracy like never before.

You are smoking crack if you think this election only affects America. The INTERNATIONL political scene just shifted today. The world see's what is possible.

    Wake up.

    This is bigger than Obama.
    This is bigger than America.
This is bigger than African Americans.

This is the power of Democracy.

People all over the world can feel the power of Democracy and that the "little people" can rise up and affect an election without guns.

You truely are not understanding the significance of what has happened.

thats fine and possibly I am but we vote not them. They react and have no right to tell us if we did the correct thing or not.

    Respectfully, you are absolutely WRONG.

America has always been and continues to be the world leader.

Our president DIRECTLY affects people all over the world. DIRECTLY.

As the obvious example, ask Iraqi's if they care who the American president is.

American policy reaches all accross the world.

The EURO was invented to compete with America. America played a direct role in the unification of the European Union. Do understand the history involved in Europe?

Asian economies are cratering today because of the American credit crunch.

Canada and Central America will be directly affected by our NAFTA agreements. DIRECTLY. Jobs gained/lost.

Outsiders have a direct stake in American politics despite that they can't vote. However, American perception overseas in an important factor for many voters.

You are acting like a 'stereotypical American' by being so dismissive their opinions.

so it is your argument that everyone over the world has a RIGHT to tell us if we selected the correct person?

    because thats what I said

The rest of the world ABSOLUTELY has the right to have an opinion. America is fantastic at judging who we believe to be right and wrong, what leaders are right and wrong, and what systems\governments are right and wrong. How is the rest of the world not entitled to an opinion as well?

Do you seriously think that we are better than everyone else?

    Do they have the right?

Your question has already been answered! They said it, right? Therefore they have the right.

I thought you were American? You have something against Freedom of Speech.

Of course they do. And yes "stereotypical american" is an insult. Stereotypes are not generally pleasent, much like your attitude. See the connection?
