Now tmac can injured all he wants. he have a real third option.

It is sad Green will most likely be out.

I keep praying it is Luther Head.

Landry...you punk ass agent may have to rethink his tactics

Didn't read the full article; Didn't see it before. It's sad to see Donte Greene go, but Artest should fill out his role pretty darn well.

someone needs to go to artest's blog to get his thoughts. finally our 3rd option, enforcer, and defensive specialist in the same trade. For Mike James, Bonzi and Donte. All three of those guys are going to see limited minutes. Now Let's get that point guard Morey

Giving up Donte is reasonable: if/when he becomes a solid NBA player (whether it be a role player, star or superstar) it will probably be too late because Tmac & Yao aren't getting younger.

Positives: Ron brings a sword to a knife fight. And he plays great defense. He's a legit star.

I've always said no to Artest, and I'm still scared that his craziness maybe implode the team. But I'll be glad to say I'm wrong if he keeps his s*** together. He's always been the alpha player on his team, but now he's got Tmac & Yao & Adelman to answer to so he might keep his head on straight. I learned awhile ago never to doubt Morey, he's proven me wrong enough times that I applauded every move he made in this offseason (which was just the draft so far), and I'll do the same for this move and hope my doubts are false.

[rquoter]The Houston Rockets have reached an agreement to acquire forward Ron Artest from the Sacramento Kings, the Houston Chronicle is reporting.

The Rockets will give up guard Bobby Jackson, a No. 1 draft pick next season and another player that the individual with knowledge of the trade could not name.

It is believed that rookie Donte Green is included in the deal, which will prevent the deal from going through until August 14, when Green becomes tradable.

There could also be other players involved to make the money match but none that the Rockets would plan to keep. The Rockets will also send the Kings cash in excess of $1 million.[/rquoter]

THis is the same feeling I had when we traded for Pippen. I hope this time the result would be different.

So, how long does it take until Ron Artest injures T-Mac in practice?
