If Yao could learn some attitude from Artest, he'll be a beast.

Because Ron Artest broke MJ's ribs, so therefore Artest = Badass.

It's a damn good reason. Better than pleasing any number of haters and bbs keyboard warriors. And it's good enough if it keeps him well behaved

I just think its interesting that this tread as the third most views of any thread to date, and one of threads beating it is "Steve Francis returns" thread from last summer. This thread even has more views than the "McGrady trade" thread from 2004.

That's because this is probably the first since Clutch put Clutch Fans (or Clutch City '97) together that the Rockets are a legitimate championship caliber team.

The McGrady trade was a great day, but deep down inside it gave us a true superstar we lacked and took us from a barely-making-the-playoffs team to possibly exiting the first round team, that's it.

I just hope Yao's feet/toes or T-Mac's back doesn't prevent us from winning.

But Clutch owns this site, and can ban as he sees fit....and starting off with that kind of language is ridiculous.

FYI - Sir Jackie Chiles is German, and he posts in English....you would do well to emulate him.

I was trying to set up a potential rotation and depth chart for the Rockets this year, and it has become clear with the addition of Artest we have so many interchangeable parts its really amazing!!!

    check it out

    we could have potentially at

    Pg: Alston/ Brooks /Barry/ Francis/ T Mac.....(head)

    Sg: T Mac /Artest/ Barry/Battier/ Francis.. (head)

    Sf: Battier/ Artest/ Barry/ T Mac /....(mike harris)

    Pf: Scola/Artest/ Dorsey/Hayes/Landry? ..(mike harris)

    C: Yao/ Deke?/Dorsey

Thats alot of interchangeable parts!!!....I still would like to see the Rockets get a "young" BIG at least 6'10- 6'11 that can play 4 and 5 with leaping ability and good agility (a scorer isnt nessacary) ,also a point guard like brevin knight that knows nothing but passing with decent quicks.....

In any event....HOUSTON ROCKETS will be WORLD CHAMPS 09 10 11

I think what we all fear is ignorance.

BTW, I heard we got Ron Artest in a trade that could lift the Rockets back to basketball prominence.
