The futures odds for the Rockets to win it all were adjusted and went from 15-1 to 10-1. Still not bad. I put $150 on Houston to go all the way. Can't wait to see the Tru Warier in action. This would've never happened under JVG.

Everybody's got to follow their own moral compass. Just skip the Rockets while he's on the roster and you'll be much happier.

Hey rockets fans congrats on taking this headache off our hands. Ron will be a great fit for your team. That is before he ruins your teams chemistry and beats up t-mac and strangles Yao.

Rockets fans BEWARE. Ron is not crazy he is stupid and you will soon find out why the kings gave away such talent.

I am still surprised how Morey gets this deal done.

No Kenny Thomas contract. 2 late draft picks + 1 million cash. Just wow!!!

Everyone talking about how Morey pull this trade off, but maybe it's Rick & Les. Rick must still have a naked picture of Geoff Petrie in lingerie. ;)

well.. guess we'll just take that chance. we are not locked into him. Big risk, big reward. One thing I do know is everytime we play you guys.. he kills us. I would rather him be on our side. He is also playing in a contract year so he has a little incentive. Can't deny he has skills.. and Adelman seems to have a good relationship with him already. Which changes things a bit too.

The Kings gave him away because your not going to be contenders with him so why not get some pieces for the future it's as simple as that.

He might have been a headache there but there are a few other things that are factoring into this year as opposed to when Artest was there in Sac town.

    1. He didn't like Theus, he likes Adelman.
    2. This is a contract year

Even the craziest of guys would be dumb to not play well and gel with a team in a contract year. Even if he is not here after this year he's not completely a moron and would want to jeopardize his contract with another team in the future by acting up.

There might be more pieces to the trade with Sacramento that we don't know about yet. They have to make the salaries match, correct me if i am wrong.

it's going to be a really late first rounder based on where we could finish so it's not that big a deal. At least I don't think it is.

If it was going to be a lottery that's one thing but our team is not going to be in position to have a lottery first rounder.

Since the Stockton shot in '97, us Rockets fans have been through a lot. We're durable. We're not called the Red Rowdies for nothing. If Ron ruins what's left of this Yao-McGrady tandem, its not something we haven't been through before. It's a risk we're all willing to take to get this:
