    quality rodman comparison.
and i agree tmac yao health is paramount. perhaps artest can lighten their regular season load and deliver a health dynamic duo into the post season.

Wait - so we get both their second round picks as well

I guess they'll both either get cut OR (knowing Morey) be off to play in Europe!

Ewing JR has serious hops (if I'm remembering the pre draft reports correctly)

I'm pretty sure the deal is like this...

    Houston Gets:
    Ron Artest
    Patrick Ewing Jr.
    Sean Singletary

    Sacramento Gets:
    Bobby Jackson
    Donte Greene
    1st Round Draft Pick
    Cash

Ewing and Singletary are excepted to be released as soon as they are officially acquired.

    Makes sense!

I would've sent Singletary to Europe - but of course we can't do that if he's been signed - so unless we've been traded his rights...

Why would Sacto send those 2 players along? The only reason to add filler is to match salaries - so unless we're sending them a 3rd player?

I believe SF will be the backup PG. He's prime for a comeback that's wait for it. Lengendary.

Imagine a 2nd unit of SF, Barry, Battier, Landry (resigned) and Hayes. That's not bad at all.

That starting unit is pretty good too!
