a lot of people is going to cry here but I would have preferred to trade Battier instead of Green. But I am pretty happy anyway. We are a better team and contenders now.

Scottie Pippen part 2: I will try to root for him, despite my loathing for him prior to the trade. Hopefully, this one turns out better than the Scottie Pippen deal, though I don't expect it to. I can say it was a good trade, at least. This coming season at least is a contract season for Artest.

the possibility of that happening is there obviously. but the window for the tmac-yao duo is very small (2-3 yrs max). they're in a win-now mode.
