Couldn't agree more. There is only one ball at a given time. 2 of our 3 "stars" won't be shooting the ball each position so we might as well let him come in when either Yao or T-Mac is out.

WOW! Went to buy a new monitor, came back, and the impossible has apparently happened. For Jackson/Greene/2009 1st round pick? Unbelievable!

Damn this is awesome. What if the Rockets could get Tayshaun/Billups or Hamilton for McGrady.

That would definitely put us in contention.

What were the nature of the injuries? I can't remember what it was right now. I do remember him finishing strongly at the end of the season. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

morey gets one of the best defenders in the game, and a multi-facet threat, w/o giving up a single starter.

    carlos lee hits a salami.

just found out I am having another baby girl.

I'm going to player poker, my luck is too good right now.

    HOLY Q@*#$*@#%&(#*%&

I never wanted Artest because I thought we would have to give up a vital piece of the team to obtain him. But MOREY IS A ****ING GENIUS.

<33333333333333333333333 MOREY, AND I THINK ADELMAN CAN CONTROL ARTEST.

I'm very much looking forward to the 08-09 season now.

This is from espn comments on the "Trade"
    Espn Comment
just don't see this as THAT big of an upgrade for the Rockets. It definitely makes them more interesting, but a championship contender? Doesn't Artest bring to the team the same things Battier does? And don't they play the same position?Artest is a better scorer for sure, but I dont see him adding a ton of victories for the Rockets. I think he would have had a much larger impact if he were traded to L.A. or some other destination.

    My Response...
Such a good trade for Houston :) The Battier argument is valid but Artest is a much more aggresive OFFENSIVE player and will make teams have to split time between Yao, Tmac and Artest. Battier just doesnt demand the attention in that role like Artest even though on D i'd acctually rather have Battier. can you imagine Yao, Tmac, Artest & Battier? teams wont be able to score on us period, add in one of our small point gaurds and its a dangerous combo on both ends of the floor.
