Well, we know McGrady wasn't a hard worker, "defensively and offensively". And we know Yao is an extremely hard worker. I think there's a chance he's talking about McGrady. Why would he say "I don't like to be led by non-leaders" if it hadn't happened to him before?
Its indirect if it is. The comment shows why we was a good and bad fit in Houston at the same time. Good in that fans were tired of the softness of the team leaders, and Artest's toughness was welcome. Bad in that the person lending those traits is too bullheaded and will clash with the softies.
oh no, Yao is just as hard a worker if not more than Kobe.. if Artest is takin a shot at Yao its out of pure unjust hater-ism
Crazy Pills was on his best behavior, because he wanted to win a championship. Watch out, though, because next year he's going back to his old self. Book it. .
No because Yao always took a back seat to McGrady. Yao's time is about to arrive if he get himself back into tip top shape.
No point in seriously trying to dissect an Artest quote. The fun is in trying to reword things so it makes it sound like he and Kobe had sex in the locker room.
yeah Ron Artest was real hard worker when he asked for time off to promote his rap album.. But when that didnt work he just decided to go fight fans in the stands.
McGrady was never Houston's franchise player....this team has been built around Yao and everybody else was brought in to compliment him. Yao was the #1 guy. Probably rambling again.
Most of clutchfans said he would be back to his old self in the 1st season with the Lakers. We see how that turned out.
This just in.. Artest replied to a fan "I love the Lakers!" Is he taking a shot at Von? I don't get why everything someone says has to comeback to something that has nothing to do with it..
