exactly. to beat artest, just move around without the ball and don't stand in one spot. he's lost his quickness to move, but if you let him stand there and body you up, he will win every time.
You do see how much he gets away with right? Every time I see him he's playing incredibly physical and handchecking and slapping from behind to try and get a steal

Exactly. When he was in Houston his defense had slipped alot, but now that he is with a contender and being told by the media he was losing it he decided he needed to lose weight and gain more quickness. It has worked, he has become much faster but he is still super strong. Also, since he is with the Lakers he doesn't get called for as much stuff as he used to. IN other words, he is far more motivated than he ever was in Houston and he is regaining form from his younger days.
