D'oh! I skimmed over the part where it had to be on Ancient Art. I don't think this guy actually wants to do the work himself anyway.
man you guys are harsh! I ended up writing my own paper cause it didnt match exactly what was expected of me. Im turning it in late so it wont suck as much! BUT im not gonna lie i would have used it. Never thought there would be such an uproar! I think i appreciate art even though i believe my teacher expects a little too much from this class. It could have been the other way around maybe i expected a little too little from this class. I thought many of you would be in the same boat as me, i mean i know its wrong but i think we all cheated before so whats the difference? I needed help i was at the end of my ropes and CF was there for me! And Art is an elective sort of like and acquired taste so if you dont like it it doesnt make you stupid!! come on moe you cant say you like every subject in school now can you? also not implying you cheat. Being serious moe thanks for the pointers on the paper they helped alot, its just not as easy to some when your just not THAT into it. O and thanks DOMINATOR !!
Might be a touchy subject but weren't you and Moe dating/going out at some point? Its funny how you two have complete opposite views! thats why i ask. And i agree with moe to an extend but a lean more toward your view (obviously) I never been one to pull my answer sheet back on a test if someone needed some answers or whatever. I figure all that matters is me and if i am satisfied with my grade. If they other guy cheats that's his business and its on him, good or bad.
Might be old... not bad ehh <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/WHWbYISRL5Q&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/WHWbYISRL5Q&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Yep. It seriously pisses me off when people go around asking for outside help on their personal assignments. Do your own work.
Hmmm let me guess.... Moe: "we must save the animals for they are gods creatures" Finals: "Shut up B***H! bring me a beer" DEAD ON HUH?
Since you're turning in your paper late, I will give you some advice... Even I managed to get an A in Art History my freshman yr of college, I agree that class is 100% about BS. Also, I found using phrases that your pro uses over and over and OVER again helps with the BSing.
It's pathetic that most of you seem to overlook that without art, there may have very well been NO recorded history. Art is where it all stARTed.
Every discipline has bad/lazy teachers that will grade easy and allow your stupid BS to positively influence your grade. That doesn't mean that is what art history is about. I know this is pointless as the comments already posted have shown but the best skills people should learn from the study of art history (on the undergrad level) is history itself, critical thinking, and visual analysis. Knowing history is should be an obvious advantage. Critical thinking is invaluable to anyone who wants to do well in life, and visual analysis is becoming more and more important as our world becomes much more visual culture centric. Everything is visual these days and whoever trains their mind will see and understand more of what is going on in the world of art, film, advertising, politics, etc.. But, hey, it is better to be the pig satisfied than Socrates, right?
No, because as an engineer, we are expected to be able to string together a simple sentence that's coherent, and does not have typos. I would go on, but I shouldn't isn't want to wast your time..... While I agree that for the most part, most subjective classes like art history, philosophy and sociology all boil down to your ability to BS, I still firmly believe that it is an important skill to have. One of the biggest gripes I have with some of my fellow engineers is that they have NO interpersonal skills. The art of BSing is what allows us to form relationships with each other....whether in personal life, or at the workplace. Also, as far as the cheating thing goes.....it's one of those deals where you have to look at yourself, and figure out what it is you want out of your education. Sure, you can get the grades, and get out of school with a degree by cheating, but if you were to just put the time and effort into it, you might be surprised with how much you actually learn.
