we should cut strickland and sign elden when he gets waived. that would make deke and his expiring contract expendable as the trade deadline approaches. deke + 2005 1st may get us something good.
Elden won't get waived. Utah needs the depth up front. They'll keep him. We could have out bid them with either the TE or our pick. We chose not to. Let's see how that decision pans out.

we already has a long list of pg's: Sura, Ward, Barrett, and Barry. Tmac controls the ball on important possesions. I guess you either shorten that list of mediocre pg list in a trade or add one more to that list only if that one is real good. Arroyo is not much better than Sura and Sura is still playing big minutes even with his injury.
