I love felicity

 

Season 3 premiere is this week. Also the Flash premieres Tuesday night:

I watched the Flash premier a few months ago. I was hoping it would be good but it was pretty bad. The "scientists" that help him out are so lame it is painful to watch.

 

I feel really bad for the actor that plays Laural. It's not her fault that all the fans hate her; the writers are the ones that wrote the material. All the scenes she should have been getting with Oliver have all gone to Felicity and Sara before her.

Furthermore, When did Felicity get that whooty?

 

Laurel wasn't really so bad in season 1, but she was absolutely unbearable for most of season 2. She didn't annoy me once in the premiere, so that's a good step. Writers got their hands full trying to get fans behind the character again.

They really skipped a lot on Roy. After being stuck in neutral last season they just moved him straight to trusted sidekick to start this season.

 

Season 3 starts off with a bang. There are some significant changes.

Very good opening act.

 

I see you've noticed Felicity's ample backside too. Seriously, where did that come from?

 

I like the approach Writers are taking of giving the viewers what they want to see early.
That then gives them the flexibility to show how they got there via flashbacks.

 

Great episode, I was flipping out at the end. Loved the new Vertigo, thought the team of Roy and Oliver is awesome, and thought Ray Palmer was an awesome addition to the show.

Laurel as Black Canary. Actually pretty good. At least in appearance.

 

They have got a long way to go building her character back up, she still gets on my nerves almost every time I see her. She always does something stupid based on some overly cliche emotion. Her character just seems to be poorly written at every turn.

Katie Cassidy had a role in Supernatural playing a smartass demon, and I actually loved her in that, so I know the actress is capable of not being annoying.

I have hope though; I could barely stand Thea the first two seasons and they've managed to make her palatable and somewhat intriguing.

 

Not trying to hijack the thread but do any of you watch The 100 after Arrow?

 

I love the Flash. Thought Captain Cold was well done. Felicity showed up too, purty funny in dealing with Flash. Need to catch up on Arrow. I only saw Laurel in season 1, but she was hot, and a good character, so I will be interested in what happens there given you all want her gone.

 

I just started watching season 1 on Netflix. Good show.

 

2nd season got really weird.
