Never heard of that show.. just checked it out. After five minutes, I gave up. I think I'd like it a hell of a lot more without the laugh track.
I'm also not a fan of that show, although I've only seen one episode. Arrested Development was a great show, and I enjoyed all three seasons.
Season 3 was awesome. As were all seasons. Every time I see a dude who has a last name that starts with 'F' in my head I always hear "Mister F!" And I also dislike the IT Crowd. Probably cause I don't work in IT and care nothing about it.

Yeah...the song and the beagle on the red dog house is freakin' beautiful! Best. Show. Ever. I've always considered Arrested Development to be the logical progression (with quite a delay) from Soap.
That's because it wasn't supposed to be the ending. The writers were counting on one more season. The show got canceled. Sound familiar? At least the AD writers were given notice. It gave them a chance to wrap (if somewhat hastily).
yeah, i know. still sucks. comedy central (i believe) had a marathon where they showed the entire series on memorial day weekend 1994. i watched 90% of the marathon only to have it end like that.
It's certainly tragic to have (arguably) the greatest show ever "end" like that. Only to have Jessica show up in a couple of Benson episodes two years later -- as an apparition? Total bummer.
