Just saw this. Good lord, what an awful story. For people who seriously attempt to make excuses for the discrimination and bigotry that still goes on in America, consider that this happened just 28 years ago. If those same people think that bigotry and discrimination are mostly "ancient history," wake up and smell the coffee.
Oh well if random anecdotes from nearly 3 decades ago can't prove that there is a "massive problem everywhere", nothing will.
Oh well, if random posts from 3 minutes ago about a massive problem afflicting this country mean anything, you get the prize.
Why not take it a step further? Are many of these single parent families in a vicious cycle due to this nations unjust war on drugs?
There are many reasons for the "vicious cycle", I'm sure having laws to violate is part of it, but not all.
