    Looks good to me.

But moving Olynyk to backup 5 makes the most sense IMO if team wants to be more competitive and improve defensively.

Hopefully the roster depth shakes out more like this:

    6'5 Porter/6'4 Wall/5'11 Augustin
    6'3 EGo/6'3 Brooks
    6'4 Tate/6'6 KJ/6'5 Nwaba
    6'7 Cade*/6'9 Jalen Johnson*
    6'10 Wood/6'11 Olynyk/6'10 Spalding (2 way)

    *rookies

*Dump Bradley, House for picks/pick swaps

I’ve read Recently a lot that Duncan and Herro were available but it was the lack of draft capital that killed The deal. Of course I heard/read this from Heat fans...

Always liked Spalding more than, Patton or Lamb. Agree dump Bradley and House.

    Curious, no Sterling Brown?

    Only 15 roster spots.

Like Sterling a LOT but Rockets have 3 first round picks. Unlikely to pay both Sterling and Olynyk.

Nwaba coming off injury so more likely wd can convince to sign another cheap deal. And his energy, explosion and physicality are huge contributors to success of the HOUnds 2nd unit defense.

He was extremely hot and cold at UH. There didn't seem to be much in between with him.

I never saw him as a good defender. Corey Davis and Galen Robinson were the main perimeter defenders during their NCAA run in '18.Sampson's defense uses so much scrambling and double teaming which makes up for perimeter defenders getting beat.

AG always has a fit in a 5 out offense AND switch everything defense.

    6'5 Porter/6'4 Wall/5'11 Augustin
    6'3 EGo/6'3 Brooks/6'5 Nwaba
    6'7 Cade/6'4 Tate
    6'8 AG/6'6 KJ
    6'10 Wood/6'11 Olynyk/6'10 Spalding

Trade the 2 low FRP + House & Bradley for AG.

Nuggets not likely to do this but our roster is actually better.

That is my worry that he is more of a Troy Daniels - where it is just not consistent.....

Eric Gordon is already a decent 3pt shooter - even though I think we need to jettison him.

You probably don't remember him winning that 3pt shooting contest. I don't blame you. Man, that feels like a century ago. How far has his shooting dropped off.

    I do.

But that was a different Eric Gordon.

Have not seen that guy in a spell.

Yes and no, Gordon’s role could be filled partially maybe fully in time by him, but Gordon’s contract is why he needs to go.

Gordon is a professional tho'. He can be in our rotation, and possibly even start on a playoff team. He's inefficient a lot of the time, but as a bench guy or role player he's a reasonable fit. Expensive. But a player. My only problem with him is that he seems to be running the old offense when he is on the court and has not adapted. And he's a major complainer which is a bad thing for our kids to see.

Not to mention we need guys that excel in fast breaks. We seen what happened on that 4 on 1 fat break last night. Nwaba knows how to run a fast break.

sterling Brown probably played himself in to a MLE salary so we should let him walk. He’s not worth the MLE for this squad but he is for a contender.

Same thing with Olynyk. He’s play himself into a increased salary that. We shouldn’t resign but we can do a sign and trade for him. Get some more young talent/ draft picks in return.

Wall and Gordon aren’t going anywhere so you basically have to force them into the picture no matter how much we the fans object. And Wall ain’t coming off the bench. I see you poster keep projecting him their in your depth chart predictions. Stop it. He’s not accepting that. He’s a starter next year whether we like it or not. . I don’t want to wish injury in anybody so just accept the reality he’s going to play and take away development form somebody next year.

I reject the idea of attaching first round picks to Gordon and Wally less we get a true young starter in return.

Something like our worst first round pick this year and Gordon for Rui Hachimura

interesting that he has a 40% 3pt average through 3 yrs of college. I had 39% for his G league career (b-ball reference). Looks consistent to me.

That is 2.5% off Ray Allen and 2.0% off Reggie Miller.

Also, 42 GL games last year he shot .401 from three.
    42 GL games over 40%... Nearly 60 at 39%+
