I'd say you are talking about a very small percentage of the population who think that. But point taken. There are loons on both sides.

The officer that pulled GZ over is being questioned about the sound of a smartphone camera when he was in the police car with GZ's license.

That's funny...he knew who he was the whole time. I found it odd that he told him he was going to let him go with a warning before even checking his info. Most cops leave you in suspense. He wasn't checking for warrants...he was taking a picture for the whole police department to see.

You are underestimating the prevalence of these types. Pretty much any white Christian Conservative who only cares about the 2nd amendment thinks Zimmerman is a role model.

I must have missed the provision of law that says an acquittal means that the elements of the offense were not proven beyond a reasonable doubt unless the defense shredded the prosecution.

Are we seriously going to have a thread every time Zimmerman takes a dump (while armed)?

Spoken by someone who hasn't figured out the media duped him.

Again...there is no legal authority that says an acquittal means only that the prosecution failed to meet its burden of proof unless the prosecution was a clown show.

You can say it any number of ways, but it does not change the fact that Zimmerman's acquittal means legally the same thing that Casey Anthony's does.

I love how people think a Juror is now some brilliant legal mind in the court room after they state their opinion

Appears she didn't know what an uproar the verdict would cause and tried to back track . Not much credibility in anything she says regarding the " he got away with murder " .
