I love how anti-Rocket the people putting highlights together are... they focus on Dirk... then on Dirk's elbow boo-boo and don't even mention much about poor Landry's broken mouth.

Then they show us getting dominated and the Mavs scoring the whole time, saying the Mavs just couldn't capitalize instead of the fact that the Rockets out played them the whole game.

Oh and it fails to mention that Rick Carlisle was thrown out.

Wait, wait, wait. So if I'm correct, Brooks utterly blows the final possession in the fourth quarter, turns it over, gives the chance for the Mavs to win the thing after a crazy rally .... and you guys are angry at Trevor Ariza for getting mad about that? Give me a break. I know perfectly well that if Dallas had put it away on that 0.4 shot in the fourth quarter, the lynch mob for Aaron would be out in full force.

Brooks didn't blow anything he was HAMMERED by Marion and there was no call.

I would have yelled at Brooks too. Don't get me wrong, I love the guy. But I've seen him blow critical last plays too many times with sloppy ball handling and his desire to finish every big play. I would've been mad as hell and I can understand how Ariza was feeling. At least it shows he has passion about his team winning and sometimes everyone needs to get a little push to do their best.

I think there was frustration... brooks is now taking a lot of shots. Ariza is open a lot, he is not swinging the ball so much anymore.

Disagree DD, Brooks blew the play, not by missing the layup, but by trying to take two BIGS to the hole when he should have remembered Portland. Refs will not give you the call unless your James, Wade or Kobe and Brooks needs to realize this ASAP. Pass the ball, find the open man and setup his teammates with a high percentage shot...he didn't do any of these things.

Again, Brooks is becomming the ALPHA male the GO TO guy, and Trevor probably is a little frustrated.

Too bad...Trevor will never be more than a role player, he is not capable...no matter how badly he wants it....

Brooks is the GO TO guy on the Rockets, he will be at 20ppg soon enough...and honestly, he should be taking even more shots.

Too often he doesn't get going until the 2nd half, I would like to see him more aggressive from the jump.

I haven't figured out what exactly you guys are talking about, if ariza yelled at brooks for some reason in
last night's game, i didn't get to see the game and i can't find a download link to download and watch it
but what i have to say is, i always saw ariza as a nice person, a little shy too, but never thought he'd be
the bossy type of player who throws elbows and yells at his teammates for nothing. That's a surprising
behaviour from him, and if he keeps acting like that, RA better give some of ariza's pt to t-mac, just
to show him he's not the one running the team, and he should calm down a little. For some reason he's acting
a little too bossy lately...he should really calm down and get himself together...

Ok, can we officially say AB getting the last shot and him driving to the hole is NOT working? Whether he loses the ball or he gets hammered, the results haven't gone our way. Shall we continue to ram our heads against wall?

Did we win last night? Last shots are not always going to go in, there is another team on the floor you know.

And it worked against Golden State....sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.....make or miss league.

What? Marion had his hands up the whole time. I just watched it again and there doesn't seem to be much contact. If anything, I think Terry slapped Brooks' arms to get the ball out. Other than that, it was just good defense.

Did we win because of AB's drive to the basket against a bigger Marion and Erika waiting around the basket? Did he make the layup?

Some players recognize that, some players don't.

Watched it again and I have to revise my statement. There was no slap by Terry. No slap by Marion, either. Brooks just lost the ball, period.

Watch it again, when Brooks makes his drive look at Marion having his arm down and stopping him from getting by him, THEN he raises his hands after Brooks loses it.

Brooks was totally fouled and impeded on that play.

Uh, not sure what you are watching then....watch Marion's RIGHT hand across Brooks body....that is a foul.

Uh, yeah, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't....he is still learning, and doing incredibly well.

Adelman can deal with him. He seems to be really good at handling these types of players. I,E, Artest. Im not saying Ariza is like Artest but if your throwing a punch thats stone cold Brooklyn style. Just ask Rafer, lol.

uh, some members give good replies, others don't. Yours is the latter.

Again, AB driving into the teeth of the defense for the last second play hasn't been working, and I don't believe it will get better. He simply won't get the calls.

Wait.....we got a player who wants to win and we question him because.......he got loud.

You guys would never like Kobe. Ariza may not be as talented but he clearly wants to win.

Give Ariza a break, MLE contract, 1st year as a Rocket and half of you think he should be playing at Tmac or Wade level........ We are 15-11 and Ariza is a big part of that record. Everybody on this team has poor games.
