Wow. When did KHOU go all TMZ. I just went to their site to watch online and they are doing a story on Alex Rodriguez being in League City at his car dealership. Nothing more than he showed up today at 4pm, no story.

Her name is Brittany Norwood - 20 year old UH senior. She didn't know Foster was married with kids when she became romantically involved with him this past summer during training camp in August. They were intimate at the Hotel ZaZa, where Foster was staying. TMZ photos were taken in November in California when they spent a week together while Foster was recovering from back surgery. When she realized she was pregnant and told Foster she wanted to keep the baby, Norwood said things changed and changed quickly, in the form of harassing text messages like this one, pressuring her to end the pregnancy: "You just can't bring a life into the world under these circumstances. It's not fair to anyone. It's not just about you." Attorney Douglas York: We want his conduct stopped. We want him to communicate effectively and we want the harassment to end. That's attorney Douglas York, who filed suit, and is seeking a temporary restraining order against Foster saying "He recklessly engaged in a pattern of outrageous conduct and that caused Norwood to "suffer severe emotional distress."" Meanwhile Foster's attorney Alvin Zimmerman tells us this is a matter pending in court and at the appropriate time, he will consider a response. A hearing on all of this and restraining order is set for Wednesday morning.
