The way I feel about this is that if the legal system says the fetus is not a life and there is nothing wrong with aborting it, then there should be nothing wrong with the sperm donor applying pressure to get one.

If people are going to "make" children they should take responsibility for them. Not making children should be by mutual consent. I don't think you should "force" people to do anything they don't want to do. The woman may consider abortion as immoral. That is her right.

Voicing an opinion is one thing but applying pressure is another. Applying pressure on something you have no right to is almost extortion. It's a women's choice.

 

If a fetus is just a non-living mass that can be flushed without regard there is nothing wrong with pressure.

But, I am fine with the "something you have no right to" argument as long as that holds true. Man has no right to pressure or be involved in the choice? Woman should have no right to take man to court for child support.

After all, she is choosing to let the little mass of nothing turn into a life.
