Arian Foster has been one of the great runners in this modern NFL era. Over the last 3 years, only the great Adrian Peterson has barely more yards (about 100), but Foster will apparently no longer run his twitter account...he is shutting it down. Perhaps to spend more quality time with family, to refocus on training, to eat more meat? Who knows...but the twitter world will miss you Foster.

I'm sure avoiding incidents like the "anti-awesomeness" is a part of that decision.

Who cares and crickets .. I understand, many dont care. But 375,000 cared who followed him plus the 50 articles about it out there by now...but if anything we should care if it helps him refocus on being the best RB in the game next season. That is what I hope. As good as Foster as been, he can be even greater and as a Texans fan that is what I really care for.

Good for him, Twitter is a constant PR timebomb waiting to happen with athletes/celebrities.

    Yup.

He even gave out playoff tickets for the first person who answered his question, something about what his favorite rappers first mixtape was called.

Haha a few weeks ago Foster had tweeted "I have never watched any of the Star Wars movies" so my friend tweeted to that "Kill you're self". Yes, he said you're and not your. Now, he claims it was an iPhone auto c0rrect.. but I doubt that.

ANYWAYS, Arian Foster retweet-quoted him, "It's kill yourself*" and my friend got sooo much hate it was hilarious.

Arian and all of his followers thought my friend was really telling Foster to kill himself (Foster does get a lot of those hate tweets to be fair)

Random story, just thought I would share!

That and when Arian had his run in with the iron shiek 80s wrestler who lives his life on character-mode, it went extra weird ....all of a sudden it wasn't fun and games anymore apparently...
