Poor Foster..he deserved better. Reminded me of when Mutombo went down. Another legend is lost. :(

Absolutely no reason to be playing in that situation. Freak injury, but could have been avoided of BOB did the obvious.

No reason for him to be playing in this game in the 4th. O'brien trying to score garbage points to look a bit better. JJ and Clowney shouldn't have been out there either.

What does the situation have to do with anything?

His achilles was obviously marked for deletion... whether it happens now, or in practice, or next week... its not something you can actually avoid.

If it didn't happen today it would have happened next week, it doesn't matter that he was playing, he is old and he is breaking down

And this is the moment where I want Obrien to get fired

At no point should you ONLY offensive star be on the field in a blow out with less then 5 left.

Get this trash heap over rated butt chin out of here.

Hes a terrible coach and even worse player manager.

    Fire him. Fire him today.

I agree with this. Texans just need to tank this season and try and secure a top pick for next years draft.

You realize bob and yes even Arian are in the business of winning football games, right? His starters were partly responsible for getting blown out out to begin with so the least they can do is try and get themselves out of it. Bob may be losing this team but I'm sure as hell not blaming him for leaving his best players in the game.

Besides if Arian didn't get hurt today it would've been the next game. Might as well get it over with.

He scored his first ever touchdown as a Texan against the Dolphins and ends the season against the Dolphins. If this is it for him here then that sucks big time. I became a huge fan of him when he broke out against Indy in 2010.

So, you were ok with Hopkins being out there? Watt? Clowney?

They all played till the end... in fact they played a lot more than Foster who was splitting series with Polk.

None of them are crafted out of the finest glass like Arian.

Yeah it's on him for wanting to see the starting unit show some development.

This is on Kubiak and all those 250+ carries a season

Exactly... so what difference does it really make?

He could suffer an injury walking up the stairs for the charter plane... and people would blame the Texans for flying to get places.

    What do we do now?
Will Watt and Hopkins be okay slumming it out for a tanking team for the next... three or so seasons?

When they're the ones getting blown out?

Yeah... they better damn well go out there and either suffer through what they caused or possibly put up a fight and make a game of it. These guys barely play just 16 games a year as is,

And, pretty much nobody was complaining when Foster scored two TD's in a "useless blow out".
