Arguement with my friend, will Kobe surpass Jordan as a player?

Jordan circa 1992 was basketball at its finest. Kobe will never reach that level of intensity, athleticism, and will to win. He made Clyde look like friggin Bo Kimble or somebody. Jordan peaked TEN years ago and can still average 25 a night in the L while playing a small man's position. He's the best to ever lace them up. Hands down. I feel privledged to have been able to see him (and Dream) in his heyday.
