Whatever happened to Gilbert Arenas? I thought he was retired by now.

Last time I heard from him was in his online blog a few years ago. :p

He's playing. Can't believe he hasn't played for a year because he looks in mid-season form, 4 assists in the first 3 minutes and a 3 pointer, looks like Chris Paul in running the team out there.

I don't agree, Gilbert is one of my favorite players because of his personality and I think a lot of people don't understand him.

His persona is special and he's heck of basketball player, I'm sure he'll be back in no time, watch him next season as he plays some serious ball.

    He's playing just to play.

If they say he's ready to go then why not? It's probably good for him to just play a game for the season, I mean mentally. I think mentally if over these next few games he can remind the NBA of what he was in his prime it'd help him and the Wiz in future dealings

Gilbert Arenas came back from a serious injury and today had 15 points and 10 assist. There is still hope for STEVE FRANCIS!!! I hope. If he gets his act together maybe he can be invited to training camp :( . Hey its always good to dream :D

Arenas gets a lot of hate because of his injury problems. He's still a very good player and could even be on allstar level again soon enough.

Gilbert's second game since injury - 11 pts, 10 assists, 6 boards. Not bad. And a win over the Cavs at home? Gotta think the Wizards are feeling pretty good about themselves right now, especially considering everything that's gone on this season.

seriously...his offensive game isn't there yet, which is understandable after being out so long. The number to look at is his assists. In the 2 games he's played this year, 20 assists and 1 turnover. Not too shabby.
