It appears that Jkilla does not want to answer this, so can anyone else who agrees with this person respond in place?
number 1 you can't put McGrady and Francis in the same sentence. Francis wasn't even given a chance. Now idk what happened behind closed doors. I only know from what I read and heard on t.v but Francis looked frustrated and wanted to play. They said Francis was hurt and Francis said he is ready to play. Who are you going 2 believe?? McGrady says he is hurt and everyone else is saying McGrady can play. Who are you going to believe?? McGrady can feel and know whats going on in his body everyone else can't.
But when he does actually tell us (which is not common) do you honestly "feel" yourself that "something" is going on with him?
Its kinda weird how he officially didnt announce anything until Les made it clear that T-mac wouldnt get traded...
Which Tmac the one that said his knee was not the problem for the missed dunk but rather it was his confidence in it, or the one that is now saying he needs Microfracture surgery? Or is it the "I am BACK" Tmac, or the "I am going to sit out and rehab and come back strong" Tmac? I think that at the end of the day is the issue. DD
Didn't McGrady say something along the lines of "I'm back"? And didn't he go crazy after he worked out for real for the first time ever with that trainer and brag about how he felt like he was almost back to 100%?
here we go again with the missed dunk. Everyone misses dunks. Yao misses dunks point blank dunks and he's right there. LeBron missed a dunk, Shaq missed some also. It happens. Its funny you didn't say he missed the dunk while trying to jump off the knee that was giving him trouble.
He has said he was scared to even try the dunk and that he was hoping someone would catch up to him so he could get rid of the ball. That's not just "missing a dunk." And DD is hitting the nail on the head. It's not that he is "injured" that has people so mad, it's that no doctor thus far has been able to see any structural damage. The most famous sports surgeon in the world today has said he just needs to strengthen his knee. T-Mac has said he's back healthy. Then bam. He decides he's too hurt to play, tells ESPN and reports it on his blog while his GM hasn't the foggiest.
its kinda funny, how you people keep bashing on op post about tmac and not answering to hayes or shane or ralfer fan can point out fraud of the individual players on the team, but when you past that limit about beyond criticizing but to hatred
that's the most spot on statement you've made so far. You can respect that without agreeing with "a rich tradition of championships and hall of famers".
If your homeboy gets into a fight you have his back no matter what, but if he is at fault you don't act ignorant about it and avoid the fact that he is at fault. You're right we should support this team no matter what, but the way McGrady has handled this entire situation (not conversing with the team about his injury, declaring HIMSELF out for the season, seeing 20 doctors before he finally goes to the one that tell him what he wants to hear, announcing to national media about his injury before speaking to his employer (conveniently right before the deadline) etc... That is just straight DISRESPECTFUL. I'm sorry, but McGrady brought this upon himself.
It is not about the dunk it is about him flip flopping did you honestly read my post and think it had anything to do with the dunk? Come on Copernicus, get with the program. DD
