I am a Knicks fan and a fan of the NBA in general. Going to follow the Rockets though since Lin is the only good Asian nba player currently playing and I am Asian.... I never really followed Yao to be honest though. I know enough of the Rockets already. Hakeem is my favorite center of all time(not Ewing). I am only 20 so I didn't watch the Knicks play back then anyway.
Yes and no. I've recently become a fan of this team because of you-know-what, but I've followed this team for a few years now because of fantasy basketball.
Bandwagon fan to me is when it's going good there is a mass attraction to the best or one of the best teams that you've never talked about before in your life. Not to say you can't have a rooting intrest. But look at the so called "Miami fan"

Big Flight White fan here from 'Sota. Rockets are now my 2nd favorite team now, in addition to the Lin pickup. Will be DVR'ing, and cheering for you guys except when you play my Tpups.
I will admit, I'm here because of Jeremy Lin :grin: ........ Until the Knicks opted not to match the offer, I was posting on KnicksOnline.com, under the same moniker. I live in Phoenix, a normal sports fan, I'm just addicted to this player. (I'm also a Clippers fan, from the time I once lived in Los Angeles. The only Phx. team I follow is the Coyotes.) I love Lin's all-around game. He has a will to win that is matched by only a few in this league. The best part is he plays big late in close games. Go Rockets!! I look forward to this season!
