So here I sit, watching Clemens vs. Prior while eating a bowl of Healthy Choice ice cream and this thought pops into my mind... "Do I only eat Healthy Choice ice cream?" I looked at my bowl and realized there was only one type of ice cream I eat... Healthy Choice. I refuse to eat any other ice cream, just some variation of Healthy Choice (Cookies 'N Cream, Fudge Brownie, Caramel Sundae, etc.) So I started looking around my apartment, searching out whether I have a particular "brand" for any other items I purchase, where I'll only buy that brand over and over and no other... My results: Deoderant - Brut Deoderant+Anti Perspirant Spray Frozen Pizzas and Frozen Dinners - Smart Ones Running Shoes - New Balance Jeans - Structure (Express for Men now, I guess) Peanut Butter - Reduced Fat Peter Pan Crunchy Electronics - Sony (for the most part) Video Games - EA Sports Usually price will take precedent over brand, but in these few instances, I will spend more $$ if need be.
Hmmmm. Usually the price is most important, or I just have one thing I like and stick to it. In terms of brands - only buy Reebok shoes and athletic bags (not sure why; it's not like they gave me a contract ) prefer Gatorade over Powerade (tastes better).
Coke products - Fresca, Diet Cherry Coke Adidas - Shoes, shorts, all my kids are sporting adidas footwear, even the deodorant, I scour eBay for rare adidas products. Used to be a Blue Bell man before Atkins I love Paul Newman products (mostly his dressings) Charmin with the Aloe (its like a tender kiss to my sphincter everytime )
clothes shoes - sperry topsiders pants - polo chino, banana republic chino jeans - abercrombie or ae polo and sport shirts - brooks brothers, j crew
deoderant - old spice jeans - volcom (last 8 pairs of jeans). basketball shoes - and1 vehicle - chevrolet (own an 84 corvette...selling it and getting a chevy colorado sport edition). golf balls - nike video games - ea sports women - hot

I actually didn't think about stores. I like to try to patronize local (particularly neighborhood) stores as much as possible. When I do buy actual CD's as opposed to getting them from iTunes, it is pretty much always Cactus or All Records unless someone gave me a gift certificate. Other than that, I'm a big fan of Target.
