    Born in the 1960 area. Grew up in Timbergrove/Spring Branch. Most of my family is still there. WAs indoctrinated into Houston sports at a young age.

    Moved to Corpus Christi at 8 or 9. Never succumbed to the Spurs/Cowboys fans that surrounded me and made fun of me as a kid.

    Ended up at SHSU, moved to Houston for a while after graduating before moving on.

    Do you guys remember the Pizza hangout that opened up on the corner right by a convenience store? My friends and I used to always go then it got popular so that was that, went by there recently and they closed down all those little stores in that strip mall.

    This is def taking me back. It seriously wouldn't surprise me if we ran into each other at some point in our childhood. I remember there being alot of kids in the area.

    That's pretty cool about your mom, that's a long time to be there. She must love teaching.

    you mean the store by the high schools? If yes a pizza place came after my time. Just curious, if you are talking about the store by the high schools, do you remember what video game was inside there? I know random question

    Yea I slightly remember because the store owner used to sell Marlboro's to all the kids and i'd tag along, sadly I don't remember the actually machine but remember a game there.

    I am also from Sweden. Born in Uppsala and raised in a small town outside Gävle.
    Moved to Houston in 99 and decided to stay after I met this awesome guy that later became my husband. (aka Master Baiter)
