Having read the supposed definition I wonder how does this differ from the Palyboy reader of the 1960's and 1970's who always seemed almost as interested in where to buy the best watch or clothes or cigar. It did sort of seem, though that part of this was a tactic for picking up women.

We finally find a point to agree upon. This metrosexual phemenona is just plain ridiculous. My best friend is a colorist at one of the tony salons in ATL and he is definitely a metrosexual. We go shoe shopping and we travel to three different stores all over town before my son finally adds to logic to the argument. "Daddy, why does it take Uncle Metrosexual (name changed to protect the innocent) three stores to find shoes?" I felt like the wise owl in the tootsie pop commerical. I answered "The world may never know." True male style is not metrosexual, but male. Period. Manliness is in, femininity embodied by Ryan Seacrest (an ATL native!!!!) is out.

For those who have never met him, you should. I have never seen anyone with such exquisite features. He is the "prettiest" guy you will ever meet. He kind of looks like those elf characters in Lord of the Rings... except he's from New England, drinks Perrier, and is probably an amazing interior decorator.
