Are we turning back time?

    As long as he's OK with the money, at this stage of his career (I would hope he would be), Wesley would be a great spark off the bench next year. I sure hope he stays hot the rest of the season. Our playoff chances are slim, but they're still there.

    lol. You found one mistake. Good job. Yea, he came the following year...That team was also a strong contender but fell short and was full of veterans.

    There are 10x as many examples of winning teams stocked with veterans than teams stocked with "young legs." Thats the point.

    I didn't call 28-30 "old" but that definately isn't "young". I'd call that a solid veteran at that point.

    So you are saying would be better off without Wesley and Mutumbo?

    Those two guys are EXACTLY the kind of veterans you need. Granted, they aren't a long term solution ...but if we were gonna make a championship run this season, as we were predicted to this summer, then these guys would be excellent contributors.
