    Are we the Colorado Rockies of last year? They went on wild streak at the end of the year and made it all the way to the world series.

    It seems like we are in that hot stretch right now, just like they were.

    I'm in Denver, so I got to watch the Rockies...
    its been a great sports year. Been following the Rockets since I was a kid.

    Oh, and I'll still take the Giants analogy. ;)

    If we are the Giants, we'd have to lose to the Lakers on Sunday (they lost their "statement game" against the cowboys during the season after they had run off a little streak against mediocre teams).........then beat them in the playoffs, of course.

    Rockies werent very good. Swept by the Red Sox in the finals.

    We are the Giants of basketball, no doubt.
