We may be similar on paper but we have far better leadership, basketball IQ, and discipline, especially on defense.

Funny how Battier provides all of those things and he was not compared on your list.

In the United States, the term is in official use in the ethnonym Hispanic or Latino, defined as "a person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin regardless of race."

Are we that bad that we have to be compared to the Knicks now.

    Better than Sacramento I guess.

The Rockets will be pretty awful this season, though I don't see them as bad as Sacramento.

Comparing them to the Knicks is on point, though. Where the Knicks are better offensively, the Rockets are a bit better defensively, though NY has the better talent.

I won't agree to your comparisons in terms of the players. But i feel that we would probably be similar in terms of wins. I agree that the knicks have better talent on their team, but when it comes down to head to head games, i feel we have the upper hand for the simple fact that our team is so much more organised. We play a team game and our defence is far superior to theirs. But i would say our defence would take a hit this year without Yao in the middle. Our perimeter guys would be able to take as much risks playing defence as no one is manning our middle.

Some people seem have taken this thread too seriously. I made it out of an observation that our teams are built similarly. No need to bust a hernia.

we're better than they are. this years squad. yes, definitely. i think we're gonna surprise a lot of people, we played good without yao, we played good without mac, why can't we play good without either. i think scola will put up all star numbers, 20-10. book it.

Didn't he win it by bouncing the ball in the air, TAKING OFF HIS SHIRT, then dunking it?
