i believe the best matchup for houston in the first round, that is... if you have to choose between san antonio, phoenix, seattle and dallas...

the best matchup for the rockets is san antonio. so if san antone is the top seed, houston should position itself in #8.

if san antonio drops to 2nd place, houston must get the #7th slot in the west conf.

forget phx, sea or dal -- they're bad for houston and yao can't keep up with their quickness.

Nobody ever wants to play a team w/two stars like TMac and Yao,much less a Rockets team playing like a well oiled machine.
In addition,it seems we are on the verge of unloading Taylor and getting more help....maybe even adding a 4.
We cause matchup problems like a mofo, have the halfcourt game, and play great defense.
We have a coach who has shown given enough time to prepare, is a formidable match in the postseason.
TMac is playing injured right now....and he elevates his play in the postseason.I have a feeling with the cast that surrounds him now,Tracy has a chance to make people draw comparisons between himself and M.J.
Yao is getting better w/every game.
I'd say the Rockets have MAJOR upside,THIS year.If we tweak the team this year and everyone stays healthy,I'm not so sure it matters who we play.
How about THE most feared team in the LEAGUE,by the end of the season?
