The Rox will not start off 6-11 like they did this year while TMac and Yao were learning how to play and while our PG rotation was Charlie Ward and Tyronn Lue. We will get off to a much better start and could very well end up with a 60 win season if we continue to make improvements. Heck, just turning that 6-11 to 11-6 and winning our games against the Bobcats, Hawks, and Knicks would give us a 60 win season. I suspect that Dallas will see another season like this one, as will San Antonio. However, I believe that the Rox will be right up there with SA in the standings, but will fall just short of the Spers to take the 4th seed. We still have the draft, free agency, and trades to improve our team and as we saw during the course of this year, CD has the ability to make very good trades and JVG has the ability to adjust on the fly to take advantage of new personnel. All in all, I would say it is about 6 (probably more like 8) months too soon to start panicking about the Rox making the playoffs.
