He's 24, but yeah he's looking amazing. Miami got a big steal, especially with him being on a 2 year deal Oddly, he's not technically a rookie, he was actually signed last year by the heat for under 50k, So I guess it was one of those end of the year signings and he never played any games? Because he's technically on a 3 year deal, with his first year being 18/19 for 47k, with two additional years for this season and next as 1.5 mill per. His contract situation is significant for the Heat, unlike the Knicks with Lin, the Heat have Nunn's full bird rights due to him being on a 3 year deal, a MAJOR win for them considering he would have likely easily outpriced their taxpayer MLE for next year if he was just on a 1 year deal. So Nunn's a keeper for them.
Are we going to talk about how he's a woman beater? https://www.chicagotribune.com/spor...lty-misdemeanor-probation-20160518-story.html
You know I always thought how crazy it is that so many nba players get charged with domestic assault, then I looked up domestic violence numbers and apparently 25% of all women experience domestic violence in the USA. That's ****in nuts... seems like an issue that isn't emphasized enough with those numbers.
That's crazy. And mind you, he was 20 years old at the time of the incident. If he got help and has learned from his mistakes I don't mind people getting second chances. But I do believe when you do something of this nature people should be aware and it should be discussed.
He’s the type of guy who will be out of the league because of his inability to be a decent human being.
