Looked to me like you completely cut short your "props" post in favor of slamming me. This not a discussion about Islam. This is a discussion about Philosophy. Almost all religions, at their philosophical core, share the same belief of an omnipotent God (Is the God of Islam not omnipotent? That'd be news to me... and all the other people of Abrahamic faiths), which runs into this logical roadblock/paradox with free-will: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argument_from_free_will
I just find that when in direct comparison to our other advances which have been vast and never-ending... only coming as far as "at least less violent"... in the same timespan... with our more human development... really isn't worth mentioning... or thinking much of...
Sure buddy, I believe you. It falls under the same philosophical debate as "if God is omnipotent, can He create an object so heavy that He can't lift it?" What's the answer to this?
The argument of pre-destiny vs. free-will is actually a bit more practical though. It might do you some good to spend some time considering it. One last thing for you to ponder. Whom do you have more faith in; God, or people? Apology accepted for all the assumptions you made against me and words you crammed into my mouth, by the way.
