We can be better without Yao, but without Yao and Mutumbo there is no chance. Teams will continue to get easier and easier buckets with nobody to stop them in the paint.

This is almost like the question who is better, AI or TD?

Some fans would argue AI is better after he scored 40+ in ONE game AND by accident his team won.

No, look at the bump date, it was right after we kicked the hell out of the Lakers and somebody bumped it gloating about how the loss of Yao makes us better.

Should have waited for the series to end before bumping, because we just tied our worst ever Playoff losss....WITHOUT Yao.

Without TM, Yao is less effective. With Yao, AB is less effective.

we are better when you don't start threads
to me winning is more entertaining..not a fast paced team...our best chance to win long term is with Yao...

AB is less effective when he plays basketball.....the guys has had 2 good games in the playoffs so far...garbage the rest....horrible assist to turnover ratio....looks for his shot too much...with Yao out, its a good thing..but when Yao is back next year, AB is horrible....i don't see his shoot first mentality and lack of distribution skills improving with any other team...he is legit back up pg who can act as a spark plug off the bench...

This is true. Brooks can be better if he doesn't start. Let Lowry control the tempo of the game and then Brooks goes to work by changing the pace of the game. He could be more effective this way.

    Rox should do two things:
first, get a nice pointguard, especially who can through ball very nice, the most important through ball to Yao well.
second, get a nice bench player for Yao, don't let Yao so tired, keep Yao's health.
do these two things well, the Rox will have a great chance to get the Champions.
