The leader of this team will be Parsons. Lin will be secondary captain.
In a year, I would see D12 taking a leadership position, if things go well.
He is actually the oldest of most of the Rockets. He would be a big brother in many cultures. This is no different.

Its this mass-mob desire for someone to do the thinking for them, and speaking. I call it a reflex-sheeple response. Or a practice in stupidity, anyone thats played organized sports understands its more than 1 person that makes it happen.

The first thing to be a nonsheeple is to avoid allowing the media create your like/dislike of someone. Which is followed by avoiding the jealousy protocols that happened to Tebow, Lin, and now Yasiel Puig of the Dodgers. You also want to avoid the sports pundits and the green goblins of envy and dislike.

The American people have this thing about "New". New car, new girlfriend, new job, new blahblahblah.

Basically ~ the American ethnocentric/selfish/I perspective isn't very much a communal cultural viewpoint - which is opposite from say your mediterranean, certain latin/hispanic, oh and middle-eastern & eastern cultures.

    its basically a I vs a WE/US perspective.

It involves 1 or few - instead of all.

That about sums it up. I'm sure someone in Europe will read my post and suddenly understand the frame of reference and lens of perspective is really - that - drastically different.

Better hope Dwight gets his way

Harden is by far the superior player. Dwight couldn't do it in LA with KOBE, STEVEN NASH, and you could even through Gasol in there. I hope it does not ruin Houston because I would like to see them do well, but Dwight is nothing but a cancer. If he doesn't get his way it will be the demise of the Rockets, and if he does it could upset their best player James Harden. Lose Lose situation.

Well remember, the tests themselves are only 70% accurate. Myers briggs is a theory, which happens to be significantly richer than just the "unification of 4 traits", and it is scarcely typified by the test itself.

It's kind of like guessing, and my list might not be 100% right but I think it's close. By understanding the underlying theory, and being sufficiently experienced, it's possible to have some very strong crosschecks and fail safes in figuring out what type somebody is.

Yes we are all just guessing. It's really arbitrary when it comes down to it, because once you have any exposure to the test whatsoever you can begin to game it in order to move towards a type you think you are. So really the test isn't even that accurate. The best is to have someone who knows you well answer some of the questions.

Regarding calmdowntime's types, I agree about Gasol, Nash, Lin, Magic, Duncan, Shaq. I'm not sure about MJ or Lebron, but I'm against the Kobe, Harden, Dwight, Parsons, Kyrie, and Durant types. Harden to me fits as an INFP/INFJ and would explain why he gets along so well with Dwight (ESTP). Dwight is not an ESFJ, and if you look at his list of other ESFJ's (Magic Lebron Chris Paul) it makes sense that he does not belong. At the same time, he is not quite an ESFP the way Shaq is. Dwight is much more down to earth, palpable, straightforward, and actually not as intrinsically outgoing, making ESTP a better fit.

Kyrie I am positive is not an ESTJ. He is an ENTJ and a classic one at that. I went to Duke and paid close attention to our team the year he was on it; the sky's the limit for him, and he will be the emotional leader of any franchise he is a part of (yes, even if Lebron joins him next year).

Durant looks to me like a classic INTP but I am not positive on that one.

DH12 will be the face of the franchise, but Harden will lead the offense.

I love how people are talking about who is going to lead this team like it's some sort of video game. Come on, guys. It's possible to have a team without having one singular leader who has the biggest dick and has to be in charge of everything.
