    Rockets lose to Hawks
    Grizzlies Beat the Magic (Obviously a fluke the Grizzlies can't be actually good)
    Hornets in a battle with the Blazers.

    I raise the question again

    "Are the Rockets currently the worst team in the Southwest Divison ?"

    you know, at first i said no, because i thought we were still better than memphis and the thunder, but i think they are both better than us now. we don't have the players that they do, and they are younger, more athletic, etc...

    we have been playing 2nd rounders for the whole year and now it's finally starting to show.

    Well there is always wolves.

    But i would say that thunder, grizz and rox right now are about the same. Though we are playing without key player/players.

    On a side note, I want to ask a question, how are we talent wise, compared to the nets. In fact i feel they prob have slightly better talents.

    Ill raise the answer, NO.

    This is the first slump of the season and you conlcude the Rockets are the worst team in the SW.

    They have the best overall division record, they have played the toughest schedule, they are bound to have a slip up here and there. Every team has a bad stretch and this is ours...

    ILL GIVE YOU ONE OF THESE AS WELLL...

    why you talk about the thunder they are not in the division, so doesnt matter if they are better or not, because this is only about the southwest division.

    the grizzlies already defeated like four 500 teams already. (spurs, cavs, celtics, the other i cant remember , but that team made the play-offs last year too).

    Considering we have less talent compared to SA, Dallas maybe NO as well and youth compared to Memphis, we could possibly be the worst, but I hold out hope for the Hornets choking down the line. Especially if the Saints win the Super Bowl, those teams have never been good at the same time.


    Half the people who will read this thread probably don't know the meaning of (or the teams within) the Southwest division and will just assume the OP meant Western conference.

    If we could aqcuire someone that could put points on the board by the deadline there is no way we are at the bottom. We just need someone to compliment our role players. But this is definitely the toughest division in the NBA.
