Are the Rockets a better team without Sengun?

This thread needs to die. The Rockets going on a winning streak and playing great doesn't mean it's time to hate on a player that will likely be on the team for the next decade and hopefully winning a ton of games and playoff series.

This fanbase needs to do better.

We are better without Tari and Adams, hell even without Cam. Don’t need those guys at all. We’re good.

 

6 games. All in blowout fashion I believe. Someone's been writing on the wall.

 

I don't think they are better without him, but they definitely seem better playing this faster pace style of ball. As much as I love me some Sengun, this is way more fun to watch. Coach is going to have to find a way to blend it all together when Sengun comes back next year.

 

That’s what’s so frustrating. They never took advantage of the double and triple teams Sengun faced on a nightly basis. He would pass it out to a bunch of bricks for most of the season. They started off firmly in the playoff race and fell all the way down.

 

Jalen went from being a borderline scrub to elite offensive player since this month began. The fact it’s happening without Senguin is a coincidence imho… Jalen needs to keep this up and bring this level of play to next season. Future will be real bright if that’s the case.
