Im surprised Sanders is right there with Clinton and I think this record may be why. <iframe width="640" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/vczoazK1mxU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
No doubt progressives distrust Clinton. Even more than progressives distrust Obama for being such a moderate New Democrat. Sanders has been far more principled over a much longer career of public service than she. Of course, over any political career, you will find contradictions. But the contrast between Sanders and Clinton is stark.
Poring over the early pre-exit poll data just sent to me. Good stuff for Clinton in the south - Nashua, Derry, Rochester, etc. Old people bitterly turning out, looking to crush young kids' dreams. Still 7 or so hours to go.
Her complete switchup on gat rights let's me know she's full of it. People who don't believe in same sex marriage don't go advocating against it one day and then for it the next.
Both parties are going through a similar rejection of traditional candidates. Fortunate for Hillary, if more progressive democrats were in the field like the the plethora of loud chest-pumping so-called "conservatives" on the Republican side, she would find herself in the same boat as Jeb Bush - wholesale rejection by voters even with best name-recognition, influence, and huge fundraising abilities. In short, her campaign would be done.
