Friend, please, this shouldn't even be a question. Don't get me wrong, I love, and I mean LOVE, the Rockets, but that job sounds too good to pass up. TiVo it. ****, watch the midnight replay of it.

Like the guy above me said, with you raking in that much dough, well, I'll be more than glad to attend a Rockets game with you.

    Floor seats will suffice.

    :)

guys my wife have been watching games all year. that was up till we begin this streak, she hasn't watched a game all year long and i will not let her. she knows the drill and will not look at all, even when she isn't with me she knows better so i will keep her away from the games for the rest of the year so we can win our championship for Yao and the rockets fans :p

Ha, I am the same way in all my classes. Luckily they are easy this semester and only taking 12 hours worth. I'm from houston but moved to Georgia when i was 13..so when people look at my computer to see Clutchcity pulled up, they call me a Bandwagon Fan. :(

Funny though..the one who called me a bandwagon fan, said he was a die hard Mav's fan, but now changed to Celtics

    Mad props :)

I hated last year when I worked and went to school during the Rockets playoff run.

Ill take a couple of dollars less an hour if I can be happy and watch the Rockets Live and go to the games occasionally.

If you are in SoCal $19.50 isn't worth that much anyways. If you are deciding on which graduate law program to go to, I think you're OK without the money for now. I'm assuming your financial situation is steady and that you are probably going to a good law program...

If that is true, if you study hard you'll be making big money out of school. Someday down the line, you'll wonder why you even considered getting out of bed for $19.50 an hour, let alone miss your favorite team's games.

I have big plans out of college, but I need to stay focused through these final stages. Buying season tickets is one of them...

When did 19 an hour become so much money that you would have to sacrifice your one true love for it? Screw it I say, you did the right thing!

Money comes and goes, but 22 game win streaks and counting come around once a generation.

    in a word, yes.

i had a dream last night that we won the championship but for some reason i slept through all of the games and didn't get to watch any of them. i was so upset and elated at the same time. it was really freaking weird.

oh and i can never get work done because i'm constantly checking espn, clutchfans, chron. this is like a self help group for addicts, only we don't want any help.

No, growing up in Houston watching sports ruined my life. The Rox are a great source of decadanal (that really should be a word) relief to me.

For those who are suffering thru exams just wait until those macros in Office 2007 don't work. Man, that's gonna hurt.

I feel a lot better whenever the Houston Rockets win. There is no question of them ruining my life.
