Are Kobe 8s basketball shoes

    or running shoes?

    I bought some today and they feel like running shoes. Which is EXTREMELY unfortunate as I have a badminton friendly tomorrow and I'm finding horizontal movement unstable. The small shorts always give me an edge with that but I need my feet to be reinforced.

    they are one of the top performance basketball shoes of 2013. it might take some time to get used to them if u are new to low top shoes. if it is really uncomfotable for you then i would recommend you return those and pick up the hyperdunk 2013.
