No just: humility, selfless service, patient understanding, non-violence (unless it's against money-lenders I guess) As a philosophy it's a profound path to peace of mind. The problem is that among the animals of the real world, it leaves you abused. You have to be 100% committed to your beliefs ... the promise of a afterlife better than your Earthly life is almost a requirement. Hence I am a hedonistic agnostic.
