Arcade classics

    I remember the first time I saw Mortal Kombat in the arcade... I couldn't believe what I was seeing! The characters looked just like a movie!

    Bust-a-Move was also really fun. But Pac-Man will always be the greatest arcade game, with Galage coming in at a close second.

    I don't know, I like the classics but every time i play a little bit on emulators i get really bored.

    Ditto. The typical PC just can't quite emulate the whole experience of an arcade.

    Of course, the freeplay might also play into it as there's no real incentive for you to try as hard.

    Yeah, but it was sure fun beating some of the 'newer' arcade games for the first time due to free play though :)

    I know i loved beating the knights of the round table for the first time at home. While not quite as classical as pac man or tron, but side scroller has became extinct these days.
