Good luck. I bought my iPad in August (well after it was released) and it was out of stock at all three Apple stores I looked at. It took two weeks for them to order one for me.
I didn't see the original versions on the site now that the new one is up, maybe i didn't look hard enough?
nope.. but i'm betting on it. I already made 1200 from it today just enough money to upgrade my old one ..
people are scared of Job's health and he's on vacation. Unless he comes back to work it's not going to be big. Come Mar 11, you'll see.
Looks awesome... Apple really knows how to sell their products. I can't wait till quad-core chips start coming out in early 2012. This will be a big seller.
Well I guess you don't have an iphone because they allow you to buy a new one each year with the subsidy with signing a new contract even though you still have a year left on the existing one.
I don't, wanted nothing to do with AT&T. That's nice that they do that. I'd be surprised if Verizon was so generous about that, since they're currently phasing out their new every 2 plans.
I doubt they will let you get a new iphone 5 on contract price considering the iphone4 just came out on verizon. But after that I am sure they will allow annual upgrades. Anyways the only thing that appeals to me about the ipad 2 is the non rounded back it now has. Beyond that not a huge deal.
This is news to me... unless you're talking about also paying the early termination fee. All the info I have gotten shows that you are not eligible for a subsidized upgrade until your contract is expiring. Enlighten, please.
AT&T shortened the period when the iPhone 4 came out. I bought a 3GS and wasn't supposed to be eligible for the upgrade price for 2 years, but could have gotten an iPhone 4 with the subsidy after 1 year. The general thought was that they wanted to lock as many users into new contracts as possible before Verizon started selling iPhones.
Anyone would be stupid enough to waste their money on the iPad 2. They are just milking it with this version. I mean 1024x768 with no Retina display? What was the point with HDMI? I'm pretty sure the iPad 3 will have a higher resolution with Retina display.
they don't need to put a higher res screen in there for people to buy. the main thing people want was the camera. plus it's faster. thinner/light is for the extra bullet points when marketing. plus isn't Retina a relative term based on screen size? it's 640x960 on the iphone 4 and it's 3.5" which was doubled from the previous iphones. so the "retina display" on the ipad has to be quite a bit more.
lol so you want a 9.7 inch display to have a higher resolution than even a 30inch professional monitor? i am pretty sure the graphics are not that advanced yet, and even if they are, mega battery drain.
because people dont understand resolution. they just start throwing fancy names for a particular resolution out there (damn Apple is good). IPHONE 4 HAS RETINA. ZOMG. I WANT RETINA ON MY TV! AND MY CAR NAVIGATION.
Well the iPad3 is gonna have a higher res screen so I am not sure what your argument is trying to prove. The hardware was not ready for this year but it will be next time around. this is the way it goes when u refresh your products once per year. Some years get more than others. for instance the iphone 4 was a much bigger step than the iphone 3gs
