I don't really understand the point of it, is there really that much of a need for something inbetween a smartphone and a laptop?
pretty much. kinda like the phones with big keypads. if the price is not right, this will flop like the macbook air.
HAte the name. But then again I thought 'wii' was a mistake so what do I know. wonder what the onscreen QWERTY is like
It really depends on the price, if it's 64 GB at 500-600 I could see people purchasing this instead of a netbook, but no one will purchase this instead of a full-blown notebook or a iPhone/iPod Touch.
This is Apple pushing their popularity to the brink yet again. I'm pretty sure they've hit their peak as far as ingenuity and new ideas... at least for the next 15-20 years.
Someone help me understand the tablet appeal? I could see it being used in businesses as a hand-held device for people that must be on their feet a lot walking around, taking inventory, etc. However, I'd have to wonder why any business would need anything as flashy and (just guessing) expensive as this. Or is the target market for this actual individual users? If so, I do not understand why I would want to use this instead of a laptop.
this is a big fat WHIFF by apple. NO FLASH this is like a color kindle. It's built for elderly people.
damn it if apple tells you that you need it..u need it! dont ask questions. u better stand in line or else!
